 We are currently dealing with a system outage due to an unexpected issue with our internet connection. We have a team working around the clock to fix the issue and hope to be fully up and running by Monday. We understand this is the worst time for this type of issue to occur. Unfortunately, it is unavoidable as we are dependent on a strong Internet connection. We do apologize for any inconvenience that may cause you. What to Expect Please expect delays in package and mail services. We strive to get your mail and packages a quickly as possible. We also take great pride in making sure that your items arrive to you safe and sound. Therefore, we will not be opening to the public until we have processed all of the mail and parcels that we receive. This will allow us to have all items ready for you to take home when you get there. We are very limited on our abilities at the moment. Services Temporarily Unavailable We are very sad to report that we currently are unable to create any shipping labels for any carriers until we have a stable internet connection. We are still able to accept pre labeled items. If you need to ship out any items we recommend that you go to a carrier location at this time. there is a USPS office very close to our location. FedEx and UPS are located in Pahoa and Hilo. How you can help, Best Practice. Please call before you come to our office to see if you have packages waiting for pick up or if we are able to assist your needs. This will save you the trouble of driving all the way to our office. That way we also know your on the way and can pull your packages for you. We are also offering Curb Side Service as a trail during this time. Please call us and let us know your coming. With this service you will be able to receive packages in a safe and secure place. This service does not include paper mail services. Starting at $24.61, it's quiet a steal. We offer your choice of terms from 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. To enroll drop by the office. We still require a 1583 form to be completed. Discounts are offered for our clients on other business services we offer as well. There is a one $75.00 admin fee at sign up. Requires two forms of ID and proof of residency when signing up.
